Private lesson policy agreement

1. All private lessons must be prescheduled at least five days prior. Contact Angela to confirm dates and times.
2. All private lessons are 60 minutes in length.
3. Private lessons expire six months from the date of purchase.
4. Payment methods accepted are check or cash. Make checks payable to Angela Giacomelli.
5. A $65 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in a date and time for scheduled lessons.
6. If either Angela Giacomelli or the client needs to cancel or reschedule, both parties are responsible for giving at least 24 hours' notice. There are no refunds or rescheduling for a private lesson cancelled on the day of its scheduled time.
7. Forty-eight hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment and 24 hours' notice to cancel.
8. All packages must be paid in full prior to the first lesson.
9. There are no refunds for unused classes, but they may be transferred to another student.

Angela Giacomelli reserves the right to change her policies and pricing for private lessons at any time. Clients will be asked to sign a new agreement when changes are made. New policies or pricing for a package will not take effect until all lessons in that package are taken.
